Abstract
THE PROGRAM SCORED AN AVERAGE OF '5' IN EACH OF THE FIVE CATEGORIES COVERED INDICATING THE PROGRAM IS ABOVE AVERAGE IN MOST AREAS WITH NO MAJOR INADEQUACIES. TABLES WHICH COMPARE COURT INTAKE AND GROUP HOME USE ARE INCLUDED AS ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE EVALUATOR.
