Abstract
THE EVOLUTION OF THE PRESENT JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM AND THE CURRENT STATUS OF JUVENILE RIGHTS ARE DISCUSSED BY ANALYZING HISTORICAL FACTS AND RELEVANT U.S. SUPREME COURT DECISIONS. THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE JUVENILE'S RIGHTS TO TREATMENT AND THE EFFICENCY OF TREATMENT ARE ALSO STUDIED THROUGH CURRENT LITERATURE AND CASE LAW. THE RIGHT TO PUNISHMENT IS DEFINED AND ITS DEVELOPMENT IS OUTLINED....EB
