Abstract
JUVENILES ACCEPTED INTO THIS SIX TO EIGHT MONTH TRAINING PROGRAM ALSO ATTEND REGULAR ACADEMIC CLASSES AND ARE AWARDED FOR PROGRESS AND GOOD BEHAVIOR WITH WEEK-LONG CRUISES TO THE BAHAMAS AND THE FLORIDA KEYS. TRAINEES IN THIS PROGRAM RANGE IN AGE FROM FIFTEEN TO EIGHTEEN YEARS OLD AND ARE, FOR THE MOST PART, REFERRED BY THE COURTS OR THE DIVISION OF YOUTH SERVICES.
