Abstract
THE INSTITUTE WAS DEVOTED TO ANALYSIS OF THE SPECTRUM OF LAW, FROM STUDENT CONDUCT CODE TO FEDERAL STATUTE, AND THE ROLES OF ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES WHICH BACK SUCH LAW, FROM STUDENT JUDICIARIES TO THE NATIONAL GUARD. INSTRUCTION WAS PROVIDED BY PERSONNEL SELECTED FOR THEIR EXPERTISE IN THE AREAS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT, EDUCATION, MILITARY, SCIENCE, ADMINISTRATION, PSYCHOLOGY, LAW AND SOCIOLOGY.
