Abstract
Specific areas of criminal violence considered are domestic violence, homicide, and sexual assault. The documents listed, published between 1963 and 1983, provide more than 50,000 references covering the period 1600 to 1983. Entries are presented alphabetically by title, and both author and subject indexes are supplied. Citations include, when possible, the number of references provided, years covered, and information on obtaining the document via interlibrary loan. An addendum of 29 references covers arson, assassination, gun control, and terrorism.
