This survey, carried out in six districts in France, describes and analyzes the way the Youth Opportunities task force is working within the national police.
Abstract
The survey highlights local adaptations of national policy. Rather than being based on an analysis of local conditions and needs, the survey shows the way in which services for young people are conceived in relation to their needs and how the various functions of assistant police officers are determined. 4 references
