Abstract
A PROBABALISTIC NETWORK SIMULATOR, GERTS IIIQ, GRAPHICAL EVALUATION AND REVIEW TECHNIQUE), IS USED TO MODEL A UNIFIED CRIMINAL COURTS SYSTEM. IN ORDER TO TEST THE TRACTABILITY OF THIS MODELING APPROACH, SPECIFIC INFORMATION AND DATA FOR CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, ILLINOIS, IS ANALYZED VIA THE MODEL. THE MODEL IS THEN EVALUATED AS A TOOL FOR CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM PLANNING AND CONTROL. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT)
