ASSESSMENT OF THE CAUSE OF CRIME AND CORRUPTION IN THE UNITED STATES AS A LACK OF PUBLIC ETHICS, WHICH IS IN TURN DUE TO A LACK OF ETHICAL INSTRUCTION IN THE SCHOOLS AND OTHER OPINION FORMING INSTITUTIONS.
Abstract
THE BOOK OBSERVES THAT THOSE INSTITUTIONS THAT HAVE TRADITIONALLY TAUGHT ETHICAL VALUES NOW TEACH 'SITUATION ETHICS' OR MORAL RELATIVISM, WHICH IS THE NOTION THAT AN INDIVIDUAL LETS HIS CONSCIENCE DICTATE HIS BEHAVIOR ACCORDING TO THE SITUATION.
