This pilot study of a suggested drug prevention program in the Tlahuac area of the federal district of Mexico City offers a step-by-step plan for designing and evaluating a drug prevention program.
Abstract
In contrast to past projects, this project sought input from various members of the community including teachers, students, business persons, religious leaders, health workers, and parents and from various age groups. Each was presented with a 33-point scale of risk factors that may lead to drug abuse. A prevention program was then designed based on this input. 5 tables and 22 references
