Abstract
THIS PROVISION ACTS AS A BAR TO PRSECUTION, ABOLISHING THE INSANITY DEFENSE AS IT IS NOW KNOWN. THE AUTHOR COMPARES THE PROPOSED CHANGES WITH THE PROCESS OF DETERMING MENTAL ABNORMALITY UNDER SWEDISH PENAL LAW.
