The studies focus on bullying and antisocial behavior among middle school students, patterns and correlates of gun ownership among middle school students, the prevention of bullying by middle school students, social disorganization and youth violence in rural settings, and juvenile homicide. Each study is presented as a separate chapter in the report that includes a description of relevant literature, specific hypotheses, the study methodology, study findings, and a discussion of the implications of the findings for researchers and policy-makers.
