This report highlights the collaborations, services, and activities of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention’s training and technical assistance process provider network and its technical assistance center.
This report informs of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) training and technical assistance (TTA) process and the OJJDP’s National Training and Technical Assistance Center (NTTAC) activities for 2022. The report lays out OJJDP’s TTA collaboration and coordination efforts, including: enhancing TTA delivery; focusing on collaborative efforts like listening sessions, hosting provider collaboration meetings, TTA network support of the juvenile justice field, and ensuring that trainings and resources are accessible nationwide. The report also highlights TTA services provided to the field; OJJDP’s delivery of virtual TTA, noting National Training and Technical Assistance Center (NTTAC)-supported webinars, and webinar evaluations; and discusses the OJJDP’s Preventing Youth Hate Crimes Initiative. Outreach and dissemination efforts include the OJJDP’s TTA Help Desk; and highlights resource dissemination efforts such as products and publications, a subscriber-based listserv, JUVJUST, and YouTube channel.
