This document presents the Adult and Youth Follow-up Questionnaire Matrix and questionnaire errata for the NISMART-2 (Second National Incidence of Missing, Abducted, Runaway, and Thrownaway Children) Household Survey.
Abstract
The Adult and Youth Questionnaire Matrix presents the questions and coded responses for the adult and youth surveys regarding incidents of family abductions, running away/being "thrownaway," nonfamily abduction, and "general missing." The questions presented from the two questionnaires refer to an "episode" rather than a particular type of incident. Codes are presented for recording the type of "episode" as either a family abduction, runaway/thrownaway, nonfamily abduction, or general missing and whether the response is from an adult or a youth. The adult and youth questionnaire errata describes errors found in the computer-assisted interview program.
