The theme for the 1997 National Crime Victims' Rights Week is "Let Victims' Rights Ring Across America." This week provides an opportunity to pay tribute to crime victims and to recognize the many advocates and allied professionals who provide them assistance and support. The goal is to gain the public's commitment to ensuring fair treatment and comprehensive services for all crime victims.
