This report sets out the findings and recommendation of the National Task Force on Increasing the Utility of the Criminal History Record.
Abstract
This report describes deliberations of the task force, whose members included representatives of prosecutors' offices, the judiciary, and other criminal justice agencies, and identifies and discusses issues concerning inclusion and presentation of RAP sheet data.
