Abstract
This report considers ways in which the significant diversification of the police workforce over the last few decades has impacted police agencies. It examines officers' perception of their workplace in relation to how agencies address diversification and whether these approaches (fairness, access, and integration) are associated with officer s' job satisfaction. Further, it compares attitudes among officers in agencies of differing sizes.
