During this webinar, presenters will share their work to better understand the needs of youth affected by parental drug use. They will discuss how they worked with youth and families first as participants and later as co-creators of the Better Together Intervention, a library-based substance use prevention intervention for youth affected by parental drug use.
By the end of the presentation, attendees will be able to:
- Describe the rationale for a partnership approach to program development
- Identify ways to incorporate youth voices into program development
- Apply the Better Together partnership development model to existing programs within their organization
