The Tribal Youth Resource Center will be hosting a free five-part virtual learning series to support the development or enhancement of Tribal juvenile justice codes, policy, and procedures.
This session will cover topics such as developing juvenile justice systems that define and separate dependency and delinquency provisions, specifically address juvenile delinquency/status offenses, and address the broad spectrum of the juvenile justice process to support Tribal youth.
