The FY24 Building Local Continuums of Care To Support Youth Success solicitation provides funding to state and local jurisdictions that are most impacted by youth incarceration to develop a continuum of care that includes a focus on youth development, prevention, diversion, and treatment services. Funding will support sites to conduct a planning and assessment process that includes a community asset mapping and gap analyses component, to determine service and support needs targeted toward at risk youth.
This solicitation will seek applications in two categories:
- Category 1: State Planning and Assessment Sites
- Category 2: Local Planning and Assessment Sites
This webinar will provide a general overview of the program, the goals and objectives, a discussion about the application process, and a Q&A opportunity for participants.
