Native youth need caring adults to provide guidance, support, direction and skills for their personal growth and development. The Native Youth Leadership Academy does just that.
Activities focus on their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being and helps to prepare them to be positive contributing members in their school, family and community.
Youth participants engage in a journey of ceremony, sharing, learning and experiencing leadership development.
Youth from throughout Native Country will have an opportunity to learn about healing, Native wellness, leadership, spirituality and healthy risk taking.
They will meet other youth who are on similar paths and will be able to network and connect with other amazing youth.
