In recent years, law enforcement agencies have been facing major public and media scrutiny in how public safety situations are managed in their communities. Building strong relationships with key supporters and the media BEFORE a crisis occurs will open lines of communication during adverse situations.
During this event, participants will learn how agencies can best tell their story, whether it is to build positive messaging, crisis communications, or to provide continuity of operations following an incident.
