This webinar will provide prospective applicants with an opportunity to learn about the Swift, Certain, and Fair Supervision Program: Applying the Principles Behind Project HOPE (SCF Program), which provides funding for state, local, and tribal community supervision agencies to develop and test new or enhanced applications of the swift, certain, and fair principles of intervention to reduce recidivism and improve outcomes for people under community supervision.
