This webinar will share new data about the lesbian, gay, bisexual, questioning, gender nonconforming and transgender (LGBQ/GNCT) youth involved in these juvenile justice systems, identifying the specific locations in the system where they are the most overrepresented. Attendees will learn about the intersection of juvenile justice and youth who identify as LGBQ/GNCT, successful state and local programs that address this population, and how provisions in the JJDPA should be applied in an equitable way for all youth.
