Capturing and Utilizing Social Media as Evidence

This webinar will discuss the challenges that juvenile court prosecutors face getting social media evidence admitted at adjudication. Prosecutors will learn about different sources and methods for accessing digital evidence. Specifics will be taught on how to authenticate social media evidence and how to deal with hearsay objections concerning social media.
