While juvenile justice systems have made significant progress over the last decade, recidivism rates for youth under system supervision remain persistently high.
This forum will highlight six transformational strategies -- identified through interviews with almost 50 leaders in the field -- for how to restructure and reorient juvenile justice systems to more effectively enhance public safety, ensure accountability, and improve outcomes for youth.
