Office for Civil Rights Investigative Findings

OCR posts online its written findings for civil rights investigations of those who receive financial assistance from OJP, the COPS Office and OVW.

OCR has organized the posted findings into two categories: (1) Letters of Finding that address the resolution of administrative complaints and (2) Compliance Review Reports that address whether a recipient, based on an OCR-initiated investigation, is complying with applicable, federal civil rights laws.
