Abstract
EVERY MAJOR CITY IS TROUBLED BY THE YOUTH CRIME PLAGUE, ACCORDING TO THIS STORY. THE JUVENILE TROUBLEMAKERS HAVE COMMITTED A HOST OF BIZARRE AND CRUEL CRIMES, WILLFULLY FLAUNTING THE LAW. AND THERE APPEARS TO BE NO LET-UP IN SIGHT. THE AUTHORS OFFER SOME OF THE STATISTICS OF YOUTH CRIME, AND DESCRIBE ATTEMPTS TO BRING IT TO AN END.
