THE MAIN FAULT LIES WITH THE POLICE, SAY SECURITY INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVES WHO WERE NOT CONSULTED. NO SUITABLE ALTERNATIVES EXIST FOR MANY BUSINESSES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FINANCIALLY FEASIBLE OR BECAUSE TIMELY INSTALLATION IS NOT AVAILABLE.
