Abstract
This issue discusses available court and court-related technologies, most of which were presented at the Third National Court Technology Conference in March 1992 sponsored by the National Center for State Courts. Technological developments and programs discussed include finding funding for court technology projects, automating and linking Pennsylvania's district justice courts, language interpretation services provided by AT&T's Language Line Services, automated record keeping and information retrieval by Los Angeles's Municipal Court, the importance of training to use the new technology, guidelines and recommendations relating to computer support for judges, videoconferencing and technological assistance programs provided by the National Center for State Courts.
