Abstract
TWO OF THE POINTS MADE BY THE AUTHOR ARE THAT EITHER OUR CONTRA-CRIMINAL POLICIES WERE A DANGEROUS REACTION AGAINST THE VARIABILITY IN HUMAN LIFE STYLES THAT ARE NECESSARY FOR SURVIVAL AND/OR THAT THE CONTRA-CRIMINALS SERVE NO USEFUL PURPOSE. SOME OF THE FACTORS THAT CAUSE CITIZENS TO INVOKE THE CONTRA-CRIMINAL PROCESS ARE ALSO DISCUSSED IN THIS SPEECH TRANSCRIPT.
