The author examines some of the victimological factors associated with alcoholism, from the standpoint of both victim and offender.
Abstract
Within this framework she looks at the origin of alcoholism as a totally negative social phenomenon and strives to draw up the typology of situations in the offender-victim relationship leading to crime commitment. The study provides data on the frequency of victim intoxication, and also provides information about the institutions devoted to the protection of inebriates and the prevention of crime.
