Abstract
THE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF VIBRATION DETECTORS USED ON STRONGROOMS, SAFES, AND WINDOWS ARE NOTED. METHODS OF CHOOSING DETECTORS TO ENSURE A MINIMUM RISK OF FALSE ALARMS OR INADEQUATE SENSITIVITY TO ATTACK ARE DESCRIBED.
