This bibliography contains over 700 indexed works, mostly law journal articles, focusing on the use of scientific and technical knowledge in the courtroom and on case investigation and preparation.
Abstract
Entries are indexed along four dimensions: stage of the court proceedings with which the entry is concerned, types of cases described, areas of expertise on which the entry is focused, and issues addressed. The bibliography lists entries in alphabetical order by author's last name, with the pertinent index numbers for that entry in the right margin. Each entry is indexed for as many dimensions and individual categories as are applicable. To permit users to identify works concerning a particular field, the final section lists entries relating to each number. Entries were compiled from existing bibliographies, with emphasis on materials published after 1960. (Author summary modified)
