REFERRALS TO THE PROGRAM MAY BE MADE BY SUPERVISORS, FAMILY, DOCTORS, OR BY THE OFFICER HIMSELF. BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAM IN TERMS OF EMPLOYEE MORALE AND RECOVERY FROM ALCOHOLISM ARE REPORTED.
