These articles present case histories on abducting and nonabducting child molesters. The case histories are designed to provide training points for parents and guardians, schools, health care workers, law enforcement, the court system, and corrections and probation officers.
Abstract
The case studies are based on interviews, records of professionals analyzing the subject, and criminal justice system records. Following the narrative is an outline of significant life events, categorized as personal history; school records; chronic behaviors; sexual behaviors; personal characteristics; medical/physical/psychological records; arrest, conviction, and commitment chronology; and patterns of crime. The major investigative teaching points of each case are briefly described.
