The chapter on temporary holding facilities considers the philosophy and rules pertinent to juvenile detention/shelter care, time requirements, detention services, programs, security, visiting, and home detention. The chapter on traffic complaints defines the juvenile traffic offender and explains the mandatory-appearance and optional-appearance notices, along with offenses and dispositions.
