EXAMINATION OF TRAINING AND STAFF DEVELOPMENT AS MEANS OF CREATING AND MAINTAINING A TRULY SYSTEMATIZED AND UNIFIED ADMINISTRATION OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE.
Abstract
TRAINING IS SEEN AS AN EFFECTIVE VEHICLE FOR PROMOTING POSITIVE DIALOGUE AND DEVELOPING POSITIVE INTERRELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS AND COMPONENTS OF A SYSTEM. FURTHERMORE, ONCE MADE EXPLICIT, THE GOALS AND PRACTICES OF AN ORGANIZATION - OR A SYSTEM - CAN BE SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED THROUGH CONJOINT TRAINING OF WORKERS IN ALL COMPONENTS AND AT ALL HIERARCHICAL LEVELS.
