FOLLOWING INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS OF THE CODE COVERING THE GENERAL TERMS OF THE CODE, BURDEN OF PROOF, AND MULTIPLE PROSECUTIONS, THE GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY ARE EXAMINED, ALONG WITH PUNISHMENTS, INCHOATE OFFENSES, OFFENSES AGAINST THE PERSON, OFFENSES AGAINST THE FAMILY, PROPERTY OFFENSES, OFFENSES AGAINST THE STATE AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER AND DECENCY, AND OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, AND MORALS.
