This intent of this book is to help the aggressor, the victim, and the public at large become aware of the causes, and effects of terrorism, violence, and destruction of human life and to minimize if not totally eradicate them.
Abstract
Introductory chapters define aggression and identify types of destructive aggression and violence. Subsequent chapters discuss wars; nuclear and radiation hazards; causes of violence; environmental conditions; working conditions and other causes of human calamity; stress and breakdown; rug addiction, health hazards, crime, and deaths; the role of the brain-mind complex; human frustrations, predicaments, and predilections; and human nature, mentality, conduct, values, conflicts, passions, emotions, and learning. The concluding chapters suggest remedial measures and review new techniques in accident prevention as well as economic, social security, and welfare measures. 70 references
