Abstract
EFFORTS OF THE CITY'S BUREAU OF POLICE SERVICES IN THIS DIRECTION INCLUDED CONDUCTING SECURITY SURVEYS OF INDIVIDUAL RESIDENCES AND COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS UPON REQUEST, ENGRAVING ITEMS TO FACILITATE THEIR RETURN IF STOLEN, PRESENTING CRIME PREVENTION LECTURES TO CITIZENS' GROUPS, AND PROVIDING WEEKLY IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR MEMBERS OF SPECIAL SQUADS.
