Abstract
THE TWO TYPES OF INSERVICE TRAINING ARE TRAINING WITHIN THE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY AND THAT PROVIDED BY AGENCIES OUTSIDE THE LAW ENFORCEMENT ORGANIZATION. THE FIRST TYPE IS THE OBVIOUS MEANS FOR MEANINGFUL TRAINING OF LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL.
