Abstract
Sources for these compilations of State laws include law review and other periodical articles, books, U.S. and State government documents, looseleaf services, and U.S. Supreme Court opinions. Most of the main subject headings appearing in earlier volumes are repeated and include capital punishment, child abuse, criminal law, drug laws, and juvenile delinquents and juvenile courts. New additions to the list of main subject headings cover durable power of attorney, family responsibility/support laws, homelessness, moral rights of artists, sex offenders, and surrogate parenthood.
