DETERMINATION OF THE MEANS THROUGH WHICH CRIME LABORATORY SERVICES IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA COULD BE BEST EXPANDED AND IMPROVED.
Abstract
PRESENT CAPABILITIES AND THE ROLE OF CRIMINALISTICS ARE REVIEWED AND ASSESSED. ALTERNATIVE SYSTEMS ARE SUGGESTED AND AN IMPLEMENTATION PLAN IS PROPOSED FOR THE RECOMMENDED SYSTEM. GUIDELINES FOR LABORATORY SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ARE INCLUDED AS WELL AS APPENDED MATERIAL COVERING JOB DESCRIPTIONS, LABORATORY SERVICES, AND SUGGESTED EQUIPMENT FOR CRIME SCENE SEARCHES.
