This report summarizes eight types of programs and activities conducted by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency to improve the coordination, administration, and effectiveness of the State's criminal and juvenile justice system between July 1986 and December 1988.
Abstract
The programs included statistical analysis, technical assistance related to jail overcrowding, training of deputy sheriffs, community crime prevention programs, services to victims and witnesses, juvenile justice and delinquency prevention, justice assistance, and narcotics control assistance. List and descriptions of grants awarded are included.
