Abstract
General comparisons are made of population, size, and police cost; crime, arrest, and traffic rates; and Part I crimes and attempted crimes reported by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Statistics are presented on various types of criminal investigations including Part I and Part II offenses. Adult and juvenile arrests are dealt with in separate sections, detailing arrests by location and type of offense, month and type of offense, arresting bureau, and case disposition. Traffic accidents and enforcement are detailed as are telephone calls received and units dispatched. Personnel and equipment statistics are outlined.
