Abstract
THIS REPORT CONTAINS COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION FOR SUBMISSION OF THE PROGRAM AS A CANDIDATE FOR CONSIDERATION AS AN LEAA EXEMPLARY PROJECT. AN ACCOMPANYING MEMORANDUM SUMMARIZES REPORT CONTENT IN THE AREAS OF PROGRAM GOAL ACHIEVEMENT, REPLICABILITY, MEASURABILITY, AND EFFICIENCY. IT IS CONCLUDED THAT THERE IS AMPLE EVIDENCE THAT THE PROJECT IS SUCCESSFUL AND HAS ACCOMPLISHED ITS GOALS. HOWEVER, SINCE THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE TO INDICATE THAT THIS PROJECT IS NOTABLY MORE SUCCESSFUL THAN OTHER EVIDENCE TECHNICIAN UNITS, IT WAS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR EXEMPLARY PROJECT DESIGNATION.
