This is a commentary upon three aspects of the criminal justice system.
Abstract
Part one will suggest the proper role of the system in dealing with the criminal. Part two will probe some evidentiary defects in the present system and their effects on criminal justice. Finally, part three will point out and explore the inconsistencies and other shortcomings of the Indiana change-of-venue and change-of-judge laws. (Publisher abstract)
