Abstract
ALL THAT IS NECESSARY ARE A SLIDE-MOUNTED CAMERA, SUSPENDED LIGHTS, A RHEOSTAT, A NEGATIVE CARRIER, AND EXPOSURE ESTIMATION CHARTS. THE CAMERA SLIDES UP AND DOWN ON A CALIBRATED COLUMN. THE TWO SUSPENDED LIGHTS AND THE BENCH SUB-ILLUMINATOR WILL, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RHEOSTAT, PRODUCE ALMOST ALL DESIRED LIGHTING CONDITIONS. A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE SET-UP IS ACCOMPANIED BY A KEY DIAGRAM.
