Abstract
THIS SELF-PROTECTION COURSE TEACHES READERS HOW TO AVOID DANGER AND HOW TO DEAL WITH AN ATTACKER WHEN HE CANNOT BE AVOIDED. DESCRIBED ARE A VARIETY OF COMMON ATTACK SITUATIONS, WHICH ARE ACCOMPANIED BY PRACTICAL SELF-DEFENSE TECHNIQUES THAT ARE EFFECTIVE FOR EACH PARTICULAR SITUATION.
