EXCERPTS FROM 1970 AND 1971 COMPREHENSIVE STATE PLANS RELATING TO INFORMATION SYSTEMS, AS WELL AS THE RESULTS OF THE 1970 50 STATE SURVEY OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION SYSTEMS ARE INCLUDED. APPENDED ARE MODEL STATE LEGISLATION REGULATING CRIMINAL HISTORY INFORMATION, THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY CODE OF ETHICS, THE NATIONAL CRIME INFORMATION CENTER (NCIC) COMPUTERIZED CRIMINAL HISTORY PROGRAM (CCH) SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY PLAN, AND A MODEL BILL TO FACILITATE AND REGULATE THE EXCHANGE OF DATA AND TO ENSURE THE SECURITY AND PRIVACY OF INFORMATION.
